Step 01
Understand the Requirement
We begin by understanding your process, production requirements, challenges, material characteristics, capacity, site conditions and desired outcome. Our objective is to identify the actual technical requirement and develop the right solution for your application.
01
We Listen Before We Engineer.
Step 02
Technical Evaluation & Planning
Our experienced engineers and technical team study the requirement in detail and evaluate process parameters, equipment configuration, capacity, material flow, utilities, automation and site constraints. Different engineering approaches are considered before finalising the most suitable direction.
02
Engineering the Right Approach.
Step 03
R&D & Material Testing
Where required, our R&D team conducts practical material trials in our in-house laboratory using small-scale test equipment and models. Different machine configurations and process parameters can be tested to validate the most effective solution for the specific material and application.
03
Test. Analyse. Optimise. Deliver with Confidence.
Step 04
Customisation & Solution Configuration
Our equipment can be customised to meet specific process and plant requirements. From complete SS construction and SS contact parts to customised dimensions, preferred component brands, automation, instrumentation, controls and other special requirements, we engineer the equipment around your needs.
04
Built Around Your Requirement — Not the Other Way Around.
Step 05
Techno-Commercial Proposal
Once the technical approach is established, we prepare a detailed techno-commercial proposal covering equipment specifications, configuration, scope of supply, utilities, commercial terms, delivery requirements and other relevant project parameters.
05
A Clear Solution with a Clear Scope.
Step 06
Technical Finalisation & Approval
Our technical and commercial teams work closely with the client to review specifications, capacities, materials, automation, accessories and other requirements. Necessary amendments are incorporated until the final solution is mutually agreed and approved.
06
Every Detail Aligned Before Production Begins.
Step 07
3D Drawing & Site Layout
Detailed engineering drawings, 3D models and equipment layouts are prepared for approval. Where required, our team also studies the client’s site, available space, material flow, existing equipment and utility connections to integrate the solution accurately into the plant layout.
07
Visualise It. Fit It. Approve It.
Step 08
In-House Manufacturing
Once the design is approved, the equipment moves into production through our in-house manufacturing process. Skilled fabricators, technicians, engineers and assembly teams work together to maintain dimensional accuracy, workmanship and equipment reliability.
08
Engineered. Fabricated. Assembled Under Our Control.
Step 09
Quality Control & Inspection
Materials, components and major assemblies are checked against approved specifications. Our engineering and quality teams inspect fabrication, dimensions, assembly, electrical systems, safety provisions and other critical parameters before the equipment proceeds to final testing.
09
Quality Checked at Every Critical Stage.
Step 10
Factory Testing & Material Trials
Where applicable, the completed equipment undergoes functional testing and material trials at our facility. Actual material is tested through the equipment where practical to verify process flow, operating parameters and performance before shipment.
10
Performance Is Proven Before Dispatch.
Step 11
Final Approval, Packaging & Dispatch
Following final inspection and approval, clients can review the completed equipment where applicable before dispatch. Equipment and critical components are professionally prepared for transportation with appropriate transit protection, documentation, logistics arrangements and insurance as required.
11
Protected, Documented & Ready for Delivery.
Step 12
Site Installation & Commissioning
Our service engineers support the installation, assembly and commissioning of the equipment at the customer’s facility. Connections, positioning, integration and operating parameters are checked to ensure proper functioning within the production environment.
12
From Our Factory to Your Production Floor.
Step 13
Production Trial & Client Handover
Multiple trial runs are conducted using the client’s material to verify equipment performance under actual production conditions. Once satisfactory performance is achieved and approved, the equipment is formally handed over along with relevant technical documentation.
13
Proven Under Actual Operating Conditions.
Step 14
Operator Training & Technical Support
Our engineers provide practical training to operators and maintenance personnel covering operation, controls, safety, cleaning, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Our technical support team remains available for operational assistance whenever required.
14
Empowering Your Team for Confident Operation.
Step 15
Spares, Service & Maintenance
We provide support through genuine or approved spare parts, wear components, consumables, servicing, preventive maintenance and AMC solutions. Our objective is to help customers maintain reliable equipment performance and minimise unnecessary downtime.
15
Keeping Your Equipment Performing for the Long Run.
Step 16
Continuous Support & Long-Term Partnership
Our relationship does not end with delivery. We continue supporting customers with optimisation, upgrades, automation, capacity expansion, new equipment and future engineering requirements — building a dependable partnership for the long term.
16
We Build Relationships, Not Just Machines.
