Interlocking Paver Block Plant & Machinery Solutions
Interlocking paver blocks are made by batching aggregate, sand, cement and pigment, preparing a coarse base mix and a finer coloured face mix, then moulding both together under vibration and pressure. The green blocks are cured, stacked and wrapped for despatch.
Complete Process Flow
Stone dust, aggregate, cement and pigment are drawn from separate bins and weighed for each batch. Bins are refilled by loader or conveyor between batches.
A paver is built from two mixes: a coarse base concrete that carries the load and a finer coloured face mix that forms the wearing surface. The two are mixed separately and fed to the moulding machine in sequence.
The base mix is filled into the mould, the face mix is laid over it, and the block is compacted by vibration under pressure. Changing the mould changes the paver shape and interlocking pattern.
Green blocks are carried on pallets to curing racks or a chamber and kept damp, or steam-cured, until they can be handled. Handling a block before it has cured breaks the fresh edges.
Cured pavers are lifted off the pallets, stacked into cubes and wrapped for the yard. Empty pallets return to the moulding machine.
Cement handling and the batching bins are the main dust sources in a paver plant and are kept under extraction. Collected fines go back into the base mix.
