Feedstock is size-reduced in stages, and steel wire and textile fibre are pulled out of the crumb stream. Clean separation at this point decides how the finished surface looks and wears.

Crumb is screened into coarse, medium and fine fractions, each held for a different layer or product. Oversize is returned to the granulator rather than carried forward.

Graded crumb is dosed with binder and pigment and mixed until the coating is even across the batch.

The blend is spread into moulds or a continuous bed and cured under heat and pressure into tiles or sheet. Press heating and post-press cooling come from the plant utility circuits.

Cured sheet is trimmed to width, cut into tiles or mats, or wound into rolls of the ordered length. Cutting dust and trim are extracted and collected at the line.

Tiles are counted and stacked, rolls are wrapped and marked with pattern and size, and both are palletised.
